Who we are
Victory Designs (victoryvddesigns.com) is run by Wrought Industries, LLC, an Arizona company. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Wrought Industries, LLC. Questions about your information go to [email protected].
What we collect
If you send an order request: your first and last name, email address, Discord username (optional), the package, car, series and manufacturer you choose, your colors, and any design notes you write.
When you visit: like any website, the servers that deliver it see your IP address and browser type. We use this only to keep the site running.
We don't take payments on this site, we don't use advertising trackers, and we never sell your information.
How we use it
- To design your paint scheme and talk to you about your order.
- To answer questions you send us.
That's all. We don't use your information for anything you didn't send it for, and we don't share it with anyone except the services below, which handle it for us.
Services that handle it for us
- Cloudflare hosts the site.
- Google stores order requests in a private Google Sheet (the form sends them through Google Apps Script).
- Google Fonts supplies the site's typefaces, so your browser contacts Google when the page loads.
- Discord, if you join our server. Discord's own privacy policy covers what you share there.
Cookies
This site doesn't set any cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep order requests as long as we need them to finish your order and to help with later changes to the same scheme. We delete them sooner if you ask.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email [email protected] from the address you used and we'll take care of it. If we ever email you something you didn't ask for, reply and we'll stop.
Children
This site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child has sent us their details, email us and we'll delete them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
